Site settings

Open the website and go to Analytics settings. Only a manager or the owner can change them. Changes reach installed scripts within a few minutes; you never need to change the snippet.

Setting Default What it does
Tracking on On Off stops every installed script within 6 minutes, without removing the snippet.
Allowed domains The site’s host and its www. version Hosts the script may send from, one per line. *.example.com covers all subdomains. Events from any other host are refused.
Time zone Europe/Warsaw The shop’s time zone, for days and hours in reports.
Currency PLN The shop’s main currency.
Consent Required (wait for the banner) See Consent.
Setting Default What it does
Record replays On Records sessions so you can watch them. A session is recorded once it is 3 seconds old, for up to 6 hours.
Mask text in Empty CSS selectors, one per line. Text inside them is masked in replays.
Leave out entirely Empty CSS selectors, one per line. These elements are not recorded at all.

What is always masked is described in Masking and replays.

Rules that tell Quomerce what kind of page a URL is (product, cart, checkout…). They are checked in order, before the script guesses from the URL. Each rule has a Page type, a Match (Exact path, Starts with or Regular expression) and a Pattern, such as /koszyk. See Page types.

These settings tune automatic detection. They apply only in auto mode. See Auto mode.

Setting Default What it does
dataLayer name dataLayer The global array your GA4 or Google Tag Manager setup pushes to.
Built-in rules On Detects add-to-cart buttons and add-to-cart requests to Shopify, WooCommerce and PrestaShop.
Your rules None Clicks or requests that mean a commerce step happened. Up to 50.
Setting Default What it does
Kept URL parameters utm_*, gclid, fbclid, msclkid Every other query parameter is removed before anything is stored. Wildcards like utm_* work.
Keep events (days, up to 400) 400 How long events are kept.
Keep replays (days, up to 30) 30 How long replays are kept.

At the bottom of Analytics settings, a manager can delete everything recorded for one visitor ID (the _qm_vid cookie’s value). It completes within 24 hours and is recorded in the account’s activity log.
